Pastor

The pastor is responsible for guiding the church to function as a New Testament church. The pastor will lead the congregation, the organizations, and the church staff in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.

The pastor is the leader of pastoral ministries within the church. In this role, he works with the deacons and church staff to:

1. Lead the church in fulfilling its responsibilities.
2. Lead the church to engage in a fellowship of worship, witness, education, ministry, and application.
3. Proclaim the gospel to both believers and unbelievers.
4. Care for the church's members and other individuals in the community.
