For Nolensville First Baptist Church
Nolensville First Baptist Church located just outside Nashville in fast growing Williamson County is seeking a pastor. We are a Bible believing fellowship, worshipping in a traditional manner, looking for a strong leader to preach God’s Word and shepherd our church family. A genuine love of and dedication to the gospel and the desire to reach others for Christ is needed. We need a highly motivated, goal-oriented servant-leader to develop and engage our members in an effective outreach effort in our rapidly growing community. The Church is prayerfully seeking a Pastor who will bring to the Pastorate the following:
A good Pastor who will minister to the congregation.
A Bible Preacher and Teacher (the congregation loves expository preaching).
A Pastor who will have a vision for the future and will lead the Church in a strong and consistent outreach ministry and will personally seek to reach people in the community.
He must be a Southern Baptist Minister, a supporter of Southern Baptist Ministries, including The Cooperative Program and Southern Baptist Mission Programs.
A Pastor who will support the Nashville Baptist Association, Tennessee Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
A Pastor who has had experience as a Pastor.
Preferably, a Pastor who is a Seminary graduate.
A Pastor who is Doctrinally sound, Evangelistic and a good communicator.
A Pastor who is personable, friendly, and meets people on their level.
A Pastor who has the prayerful support of his family.
