Casey First Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist congregation located in Casey, Illinois. We are a community of believers with an average attendance of 170 for Sunday morning worship and an average Sunday School attendance of 125. We are seeking God's will in finding a Lead Pastor to shepherd our congregation in worship, discipleship and ministry.
our church has an established history as a leader in spreading God's word in the Casey area and supporting missions on the state and national level. We are blessed by God with people, resources and facilities that work together to serve our Lord and strive to further His Kingdom, Casey is located St. Louis and Indianapolis. We have five higher education institutions within a 40-mile radius.
A Master of Divinity from an accredited institution is preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of lead pastoral experience with a proven track record of effective leadership and a heart for pastoral care. Exceptional communication skills, ministry development, and community outreach are essential. Illinois licensing and Ordination from a recognized church affiliate is required as well as good standing within the local Christian community and denomination.
