JOB SUMMARY
This role will provide leadership and administrative support for our Pastor, specifically with administrative tasks and K-5th Grade Ministry to ensure all people can encounter Christ, experience Biblical community, and expand the Kingdom. The Children’s Ministry Director and Administrator will use their spiritual gifts to ensure the smooth operation of our children’s ministry in partnership with adult volunteers, other Next Generation Staff, and Elder responsible and allow the Pastor to focus his attention on the Biblical and most critical ministry tasks. This role will require significant collaboration with others; an ideal candidate will possess administrative, relational, and strategic skills. We want you to lead the team!
