Job Title: Associate Pastor of Young Families and Young Adults
Objectives: This person is responsible for evenagelizing young families and young adults to further Second Baptist's vision of reaching people for Christ and building relationships with the lost in our community. This minister will supervise and grow the young family and young adult programs: supervise the children and youth leaders and fulfill pastoral duties as indicated by the senior pastor and the needs of the church.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Ministry Experience
Proficiency in the use of technology
Understanding of and willingness to serve within the doctrinal commitments of the church and a belief that the Bible is the infallible, inerrant Word of God
Strong leadership, organizational, administrative, communication, counseling and motivational skills
Ability to work with individuals of various ethnicities and social-economic backgrounds
