In addition to meeting the Biblical qualifications for an elder/pastor/overseer and affirming our Confession of Faith, the Lead Pastor serves the critical role of leading the Pastoral Leadership Team in shepherding our congregation. This position carries the unique responsibility of providing experiential wisdom and maturity in the faith as he oversees the ministry and resources of the church with integrity; faithfully devotes his time to prayer, the ministry of the Word, and shepherding the flock; and seeks to meet the genuine needs of the body with care and compassion.
