The Youth Minister/ Associate Pastor ministry goal shall be the salvation and spiritual development of individuals and families of Immanuel Baptist Church and those within its area of ministry.
As the Youth Minister , he will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive youth program, including planning, coordinating and conducting activities, programs, retreats, and outings.
As the Associate Pastor, he will work under the leadership and guidance of the pastor. He will assist the pastor in all facets of the ministry. He shall be available to the pastor, staff, deacon body, leaders, teachers, and congregation to further the Kingdom of God.
