Minister of Students

Chapel Hill Baptist Church in Northport, Alabama is seeking a Christ-centered Minister of Students to lead, disciple and nurture the spiritual growth of our youth (grades 7-12) through the teaching of Biblically sound doctrine as aligned with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. The candidate for this position may be called to serve in either a full-time or bi-vocational capacity, as the Lord leads.

We are prayerfully seeking a candidate who:

• Interacts, counsels and communicates with students and their families to foster healthy Biblical relationships.
• Organizes and coordinates weekly Sunday and Wednesday activities and outreach events, camps, conferences, etc. 
• Works in conjunction with an enthusiastic, creative staff dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God. 

Chapel Hill Baptist Church is more than just a neighborhood church. Our students come from multiple middle and high schools from all across Tuscaloosa county, providing the opportunity to impact a wide range of teens who may be actively looking for a church home.
